"I remember the complications my wife encountered with our first child. As an obstetrician my wife looked to me for support, comfort, and reassurance. No matter how much I rationalized the situation, I still could not help but feel anxious and nervous. I often think of those 'nerves' when helping parents navigate the difficult situation they may find themselves in during pregnancy. I see it as my duty to take the time to communicate clearly and counsel patients accordingly so that they may make well-educated decisions about their care."

"I sincerely enjoy being a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist as it often gives me the opportunity to guide expectant parents toward a positive outcome for their family."

"Apart from being a Maternal Fetal Specialist, I am also a devoted husband and father. I have two wonderful children in whom I take every opportunity to spoil. Any spare time left over is spent playing soccer."
