Kimberly DeStefano, MD

Dr. Kimberly DeStefano received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and completed an Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The George Washington University Hospital. Following residency, she spent a year as a resident instructor and research fellow at Fairfax Hospital in Virginia. She completed a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of South Florida. Dr. DeStefano is the Medical Director for Maternal Fetal Medicine at St. David's North Austin Medical Center.

Dr. DeStefano has authored many scientific presentations. During her Fellowship she was an Obstetrics and Gynecology instructor and was recognized for excellence in teaching numerous times. She is currently an active member of several prestigious professional organizations including the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.

Jasvant Adusumalli, MD

Dr. Adusumalli joined North Austin Maternal Fetal Medicine in June 2012. Dr. Adusumalli is originally from eastern Iowa and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, NH, with High Honors. Dr. Adusumalli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Northwestern University. He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, and completed Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University. After residency, Dr. Adusumalli moved to Los Angeles where he successfully completed his fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center/UCLA. Dr. Adusumalli has extensive training in prenatal diagnosis and fetal ultrasound, and spent the past five years in private practice in Phoenix, AZ, under the direction of David Nyberg, MD.

Dr. Adusumalli is Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also Medical Director of High Risk Ultrasound and Fetal Testing at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center/ St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas.

In addition to fetal ultrasound and prenatal diagnosis, Dr. Adusumalli’s research interests include: 3D/4D ultrasound, abnormal placentation, and intrauterine growth restriction. Dr. Adusumalli is currently a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Sina Haeri, MD

Dr. Haeri is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and specializes in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. After completing his undergraduate degree at UCLA, Dr. Haeri went on to receive his masters in health services administration from St. Joseph's College, and his doctorate in medicine from St. Matthew's University. He completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Washington Hospital Center, fellowship in Anatomic Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UCLA, and fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Prior to joining North Austin Maternal Fetal Medicine in October of 2012, Dr. Haeri served as a member of the Fetal Intervention & Surgery team at Texas Children's Hospital Fetal Center, and was on faculty at the Baylor College of Medicine where his research focused on maternal cerebral hemodynamics in pregnancy, gastroschisis, and complications related to multifetal gestations. He now serves as the Director of Research at St. David's Women's Center of Texas

As a major in the U.S. Army Reserves, he recently completed an active duty tour as a surgeon with the 256th Combat Support Hospital in the Middle East. Dr. Haeri holds Advanced Trauma Operative Management (ATOM) and Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma (ASSET) certifications from the American College of Surgeons; and is a current member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Jasbir Singh, MD

Dr. Singh is originally from Toronto, Canada. After completing his Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Houston, he moved to Dallas where he received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern. He stayed in Dallas after medical school to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Parkland Hospital. After spending a number of years in private practice, Dr Singh accepted an appointment as Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. There he also served as the Assistant Director of Obstetrics. He decided to further his medical education by completing a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Medstar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. He returned to Texas in November 2012 when he joined North Austin Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Dr Singh is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in Maternal Fetal Medicine. He is currently a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine. His clinical interests include preterm birth and maternal congenital heart disease.

Dr Singh is married and has two beautiful children. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer.
